Ahmed Latif (aka Engineer Ahmed Latif) ( born in Kabul in 1950) is an Afghan film director. He graduated from Kabul University in 1971. He made many films between 1978-1992 . One film he made in 1991 is ''Gumashtam''. Some of his films were believed to be missing during the Afghan Civil War.
